Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Formulove ("we," "our," or "us"), including our Chrome browser extension, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Formulove. By creating an account, installing our Chrome extension, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Formulove is an AI-powered form filling service that helps users automatically complete web forms. Our Service includes:

• A Chrome browser extension that detects and analyzes form fields on web pages
• AI-powered field matching and form filling capabilities
• A web dashboard for managing your profile information and form data
• Credit-based usage system for form filling operations
• Subscription plans with varying credit allocations

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

• You must not share your account credentials with third parties
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Formulove offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Includes a limited number of credits per month
• Paid Plans: Include higher credit allocations and additional features

Plan features, pricing, and credit allocations are subject to change. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.

Billing and Payment Terms

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Payment Methods: You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to a paid plan
• Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription

Subscription Cancellation

• Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation Options:
  • Cancel immediately: Your subscription ends immediately, and you lose access to paid features
  • Cancel at period end: Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then
• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except as required by law or at our sole discretion
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will be downgraded to the free plan and will lose access to paid plan features

Plan Changes

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
• Upgrades take effect immediately; prorated charges may apply
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Plan changes may result in loss of credits or features

Credits System

• Credit Usage: Form filling operations consume credits from your account
• Credit Allocation: Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan
• Unused Credits: Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Credit Purchases: Additional credits may be available for purchase (subject to availability)
• Credit Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Service to fill forms with your own information or information you have authorization to use
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Illegal Activities: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Fraud: Use the Service to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or deception
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Service Disruption: Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service or servers
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Data Mining: Extract or harvest data from the Service for commercial purposes
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation with any entity
• Harmful Content: Submit or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
• Violation of Third-Party Rights: Use the Service in a way that violates the rights of third parties

Chrome Extension Usage

• The Chrome extension requires certain permissions to function (see our Privacy Policy for details)
• You grant us permission to access form fields on web pages you visit when you use the extension
• The extension only operates when you explicitly interact with it or initiate form filling
• You are responsible for reviewing form data before submission
• We are not responsible for incorrect form submissions resulting from your use of the Service

Form Filling Accuracy and Disclaimers

AI-Powered Matching

• Formulove uses artificial intelligence to match form fields with your stored information
• While we strive for accuracy, AI matching is not 100% accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing all form data before submission
• We are not liable for errors in form field detection or data matching

User Responsibility

• Review Before Submission: You must review all form data before submitting any form
• Verify Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information filled by the Service
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that forms will be filled correctly or completely
• Manual Correction: You may need to manually correct or complete form fields

Limitations

• The Service may not work correctly on all websites
• Some form fields may not be detected or filled properly
• The Service may not support all form types or input methods
• Website changes may affect the Service's ability to fill forms

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

• All content, features, functionality, design, code, logos, and trademarks are owned by Formulove or our licensors
• The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Service without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any information you provide to the Service
• By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your information as necessary to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to provide any information you submit to the Service

Feedback

• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution
• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use your feedback for any purpose

• Supabase: For authentication and database services
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Google Gemini: For AI-powered form analysis and matching
• Vercel: For hosting and analytics

• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services
• We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services
• Issues with third-party services may affect the availability or functionality of our Service

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF FORM FILLING

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORMULOVE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
  • USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA
  • ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN FORM FILLING
  • THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TERMINATION

Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Formulove, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Service Modifications and Availability

Service Changes

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may add, remove, or modify features without notice
• We are not obligated to maintain or support any particular version of the Service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts Service availability

Availability

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times
• Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability

Termination

Termination by You

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• You may delete your account through your account settings
• Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay subscription fees when due
• We are required to do so by law
• We determine that your use poses a security risk

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hi@formulove.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for:

• Claims that may be brought in small claims court
• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, local consumer protection laws may apply.

Changes to Terms

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page
• Update the "Effective date" at the top of these Terms
• Notify you of material changes via email or through the Service

Acceptance of Changes

• Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Formulove regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
